Welcome to Bazenda! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bazenda mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Bazenda ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Bazenda is an AI-powered fashion discovery platform that helps users:

Search for fashion products using visual search technology
Discover similar products across multiple retailers
Track prices and receive alerts on price changes
Get personalized style recommendations
Save and organize favorite items

Bazenda is a product discovery service. We do not sell products directly. When you click on a product, you will be redirected to the retailer's website to complete any purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
